    I would like to thank the Andrews group in helping us to sell our home. Despite a recent downturn in the market, we were able to get our price at the higher end of appropriate. This was a direct result of the market strategy and commitment of the Andrews group. We have had experience with this group before. The reason we chose to use them, was because they follow through with their strategy plan, and have the resources and determination to see it through.
    Additionally, despite the fact that we were away for much of the term, they went the extra mile in making arrangements, and making sure that things closed smoothly and without any issues.
    We would also like to thank the Andrews group in helping us purchase another home at the lower end of appropriate, with the same results.

    We would definitely use them again.

    Elaine and her team went above and beyond the usual realtor tasks when we listed my Mother's condominium with them. Living on Bowen, it isn't the easiest thing to sell a condo located in West Vancouver. It really helped having a local team who were extremely willing to shoulder many of the tasks necessary to get the condo on the market quickly. Sometimes all I had to do was ask and voila!, a task that would have required many hours of my time (work + travel time via ferry) was done in a blink of the eye. I never felt like I was asking too much: every request I made of the team was answered with "yes, of course we can do that for you". And the happy ending was that the condo sold in five days, at above asking price.

    We were looking for a house at a time when home prices in Vancouver were soaring. Every time we found a place that we liked, there were numerous other prospective buyers, and the place went for much more than we found it was worth. It was very discouraging and we thought that we would never manage to find a place that we both liked and could afford. Elaine continued reassuring us, and waded with us through all the places she thought would be a good option for our needs. She even started looking into expired listings in order to increase our options. She finally managed to find a place that we loved, she helped us negotiating and finally buying it, she recommended mortgage brokers, and simply helped us with every aspect of the purchase process. We highly appreciated her efforts and dedication, and we are very thankful for her support. We can recommend her to everyone as a very knowledgeable, experienced, and empathetic person, and we are sure that she can help everyone find the home they will love.
